Shipping Policy

We currently ship to countries supported by Korea Post's international services.
If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.

Shipping Carrier & Method

  • All shipments are sent via airmail for fast delivery.

  • Orders up to 2 kg are shipped via K-Packet (includes basic tracking).

  • Orders over 2 kg and up to 10 kg are shipped via Korea Post International Parcel (Airmail).

  • For orders exceeding 10 kg, please contact us before purchasing at contact-smp@jupiterstorm.com.

Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We do not ship on weekends or Korean national holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery is expected within 10 business days for most destinations, depending on local postal conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on total order weight and destination.

  • Shipping fees are shown before payment.

Duties & Taxes

  • Import taxes, VAT, and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.
